The grapes are harvested in early autumn from the Rkatsiteli vineyards in the Mukuzani microzone.
The wine was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to fully preserve the natural aromas and smoothness characteristic of the variety. The wine was aged briefly on fine lees to enhance its texture, then bottled young, without undergoing malolactic fermentation. It is distinguished by its refined citrus tones and lively acidity.
