Vinification

During the fermentation process in conical stainless steel tanks, special attention was paid to extraction, aiming to achieve fresh and fragrant aromas, rich colors, and soft, elegant textures and tannins. After separating the wine from the skins at the end of fermentation, it was transferred to oak barrels for complete malolactic fermentation to bring out the softness and expressiveness of the aromas. The aging process, which lasted approximately 12 months, took place in partly new and partly used 230-liter French and Austrian oak barrels.
