Why Should You Order Wine on the Website?

Ordering wine on our website is convenient and efficient. You can choose your favorite wines
from the comfort of your home or workplace and receive them quickly. Plus, you can view your
purchase history to easily remember your favorites or find something new.

Is It Possible to Make an Order from Other Countries?

Not yet. Currently, orders can only be placed within Georgia. However, we are working on
expanding our services and will update you soon.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You can pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard, and Amex credit cards. For bank transfer

What is the Transportation Price and Delivery Time for Tbilisi?

Price: 9.50₾ for transport regardless of the quantity of bottles.
Delivery Time: 2-4 hours.
Orders placed after 17:55 will be delivered the next day.

What is the Transportation Price and Delivery Time for Areas Outside of Tbilisi?

Regions of Georgia: 30₾ for transport regardless of the quantity of bottles.
Delivery Time:
– Big cities: 2-3 working days.
– Small towns and villages: 3-4 working days.
Please note that the company assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss of parcels.

How Secure is an Online Order?

Online purchases on our website are secure, supported by the Bank of Georgia. All transactions
are processed on protected servers. We do not have access to your bank account details, and
we never share your personal information except as required by law.

What should we do If the Product is damaged or wrong?

If you receive a product in Tbilisi that does not match your order or is damaged, you can request
a replacement at no extra cost. Just contact us and provide a sample of the damaged product.
Please note that for shipments outside of Tbilisi, no insurance is provided.

What is Your Return Policy for Undamaged Products?

If you wish to return an undamaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your
order. The product must be unopened, in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer.
